Limited Warranty Statement
The Company’s engine preheat systems (the “Product”) are intended for use on
experimental aircraft engines only. CMF Aero Products (the “Company”) warrants to the
original purchaser (the “Customer”) that its engine preheat systems (the “Product”) will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period
of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Coverage
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and
maintenance. If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole
discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or part, or provide a refund of the
purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
What is Covered

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover Products used on non-experimental aircraft engines, installed
in a manner inconsistent with included documentation, used in a manner outside
manufacturer suggestions, or other unintended applications.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
- Contact the Company’s customer service team at help@cmfaero.com to obtain return
authorization and instructions. - Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the defective Product to the Company at the address provided with the provided
RMA form. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Company for the Product.
It supersedes any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company’s total
liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product’s
purchase price. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
Some states or jurisdictions, such as California, Connecticut, Kansas, and Louisiana, do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state
or jurisdiction where the Product was purchased.
